The thing I LIKE about Port Canaveral is that it is pretty much out in the middle of nowhere, easy to find and easy to get into.  "Easy" is pretty much the name of the game here.  Easy parking if you're driving, right across the street from the cruise terminal.  Easy getting into, very well marked and nicely kept.   What I DON'T like is that it is SO far from the closest airport, Orlando International.  For those coming from out of town, perhaps used to the ease of traveling from the aiport in Fort Lauderdale to Port Everglades, this is a big factor to consider.  There are several ways go get there though.

One good way is NOT a cab.  It's way too far to be efficient.  Limos are available but the one I really like is Art's Shuttle.  They do a great job going back and forth there and are worth a try.

Parking at Your Cruise Terminal

Parking at Port Canaveral's cruise terminals is paved, gated and under 24-hour surveillance. Passengers at Cruise Terminal 10 can choose between an outdoor parking area and a six-level parking garage.

Parking Fees

$15/night for vehicles up to 20 feet in length
$26/night for vehicles over 20 feet
The total fee for the time the vehicle will be parked is due on entry. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Traveler's Checks issued in U.S. dollars.

Parking for the Disabled

Special parking spaces are provided. The parking fee is waived for vehicles that:
1. Have special equipment such as ramps, lifts, foot or hand controls; or
2. Display the Florida Toll Exemption permit. (Call 800-983-2435 ext. 2 to apply for an exemption form.)

Daytime Free Parking

Limited free parking is available in "Daytime Only" parking lots at each cruise terminal for those having business at the terminal or aboard the ship during the hours the ship is docked at the terminal. No overnight parking is permitted in these areas without the express permission of the Canaveral Port Authority.

Free parking for SunCruz Casino cruises is located in a designated area at The Cove.

Note that all fees stated above are subject to change without notice by the Canaveral Port Authority.
